Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) will be effective from February20, 2025 (“Effective Date”).
Return Eligibility (Unused Products)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused
The product must be in original condition
All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Returns requested after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be processed if:
The product is completely unused
The product passes our quality inspection
It is returned within the allowed 5-day return window
Refund Amount
Refund will be issued after deducting transportation / shipping charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Reverse pickup charges (if applicable) will be deducted from refund amount
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Frame Breakage Warranty (6 Months)
We provide 6 months warranty on frame breakage under the following conditions:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects in frame
Accidental damage, mishandling, improper use, or third-party repairs are not covered
Scratches on lenses are not covered under breakage policy
If eligible, the product may be:
Repaired
Replaced
Or offered store credit (based on inspection)
Company reserves the right to inspect and approve all warranty claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used products
Customized lenses / powered prescription lenses
Products damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

Important Notes
Company holds full rights to accept or reject return requests after inspection.
Refund timelines may vary depending on bank/payment provider.
Transportation charges will always be deducted in case of refund.
