We are not responsible for payment failures due to:

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method (after applicable deductions if any).

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of product passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

• Unused products may be returned within 5 days of delivery.

• Refunds are issued only if the product is unused and passes inspection.

• Transportation/shipping charges will be deducted from refund.

• Frame breakage is covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects only.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or third-party repair is not covered.

• Scratches on lenses are not considered manufacturing defects.
